1. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of health, wellness, and personal care products, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards.
Eligible Returns
Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
- Products returned after the allowed return window
- Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless damaged)
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share order details along with clear photos or videos of the product

3. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Note:
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.
4. Replacement Policy
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
- Replacement products will be shipped after the returned item is received or verified.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing the order.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping costs will be borne by Sowprajotha Unicare.
- In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
