Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation and shipment details via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, including:

Tamil Nadu
South India
North India

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery timelines:

Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
Other South Indian states: 3–6 business days
North India & other regions: 4–8 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping on selected products, orders above a certain value, or during promotional periods.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD option is available for selected pin codes.
Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown during checkout.
Orders may be verified via phone call before dispatch for COD orders.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, a tracking link or tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.
You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.

7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control.
Sowprajotha Unicare is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or severely damaged
